About Sian

I have worked within the wellness and fitness industry since 2010, working with a variety of people with issues ranging from back pain, cancer and multiple sclerosis, to name but a few.

I’ve trained in fitness as well as fully comprehensive Pilates and have a BSc degree in Sports Science. Alongside this I am also a level 4 sports masseuse. In 2025 I completed my MSc degree in Pain Management.

I’m a firm believer in treating the whole body and taking a holistic approach, not just focusing on exercising. I look at daily life habits and try to incorporate working towards your goals into your everyday life.

In 2022 I found myself becoming more focused on pain management and then scar management. I have recently taken a very keen interest in amputees and how soft tissue treatment can aid in phantom limb pain or sensation.
